I love all Mexican food! It is one of my favorite cuisines. This dip is super easy to make and you can serve it with chips. The best part is that you can make it ahead.
You will need:
- Taco seasoning packet
- Can of refried beans
- Sour cream
- Jar of salsa
- Shredded cheese
- Chopped olives
- Shredded lettuce
- Chopped tomatoes
- Mix the refried beans and about 3/4 of the taco seasoning packet.
- Spread mixture on the bottom of a Pyrex dish. Then dump salsa on top and spread it so there is an even layer.
- Lastly top with sour cream. And spread to create a layer.
- Finally put chopped tomatoes, chopped olives, shredded lettuce, and cheese on top of the sour cream. Take the remaining taco seasoning and shake it all the top.
Try not to eat it all! If you want to spread some guacamole as a layer you can too!
